Welcome to AEV Fine Art, where we offer a unique four-week workshop designed to help you relax your parasympathetic nervous system through mindful drawing and painting. Our classes focus on Neurographic drawing and Zen Doodle techniques, using inks, watercolors, and colored pencils on paper. Best of all, all materials are included, so you can immerse yourself in the creative process without any worries. Join us to explore the healing power of art in a welcoming and inspiring environment. After this course, you will be able to: 1. Understand the basic principles of neurographic drawing and zen doodling. 2. Create a neurographic drawing guided by a personal intention. 3. Learn how to use neurographic drawing as a tool for mindfulness, stress relief, and problem-solving. 4. Further explore techniques with various materials and paper types through guided projects 5. Create an ongoing habit of practicing the art of mindfulness.

Cancellation Policy
Workshop Cancellation Policy Life happens and so we have to be flexible - to that end: In the event that I am rendered unable to teach the workshop that you have booked a place on, I will endeavor to notify you as early as is possible and a full refund will be issued to your designated bank account, or to the credit card that you used for payment. Alternatively, you may choose to authorize me to retain your payment as credit for a future workshop. In the event that you are unable to attend the workshop that you have booked, due to circumstances beyond your control: For cancellations received 72 hours or more prior to the workshop date, a full refund will be issued For cancellations received within 72 hours of the workshop, a 75% refund will be issued Due to limited places, no refund will be given if you don’t notify me that you will not be attending.
