July 27th Neurographic Drawing Workshop

Service Description

You will learn: 1. an overview of Neurographic drawing 2. basic techniques and design tips 3. a new skill that you can use to unwind anywhere, anytime (materials are included) Taking care of our well-being goes beyond just diet and exercise. Self-care includes tending the garden of the mind. Our own mental health can be cultivated to prepare our minds to withstand stress, depression, and anxiety. Mindfulness and intentionality can improve our lives and they can transform negative energy into something positive. The best part is that there are no drawing skills needed to benefit from this technique. In 2014, Russian psychologist, Pavel Piskarev developed the method of Neurographic drawing. The general style can be viewed as a type of structured doodling or meditation in motion that resembles neuron connections in the brain. While we relax and focus on the process of drawing, the subconscious mind is actually making new neurotic connections in the brain. This is a therapeutic and healing technique that has been proven to alleviate depression, anxiety, and stress. The power is in a pen.

Cancellation Policy

Workshop Cancellation Policy Life happens and so we have to be flexible - to that end: In the event that I am rendered unable to teach the workshop that you have booked a place on, I will endeavor to notify you as early as is possible and a full refund will be issued to your designated bank account, or to the credit card that you used for payment. Alternatively, you may choose to authorize me to retain your payment as credit for a future workshop. In the event that you are unable to attend the workshop that you have booked, due to circumstances beyond your control: For cancellations received 72 hours or more prior to the workshop date, a full refund will be issued For cancellations received within 72 hours of the workshop, a 75% refund will be issued Due to limited places, no refund will be given if you don’t notify me that you will not be attending.
